Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache (a small container) hidden at that location.  Turn your average day hike into a treasure hunt in the Farm Cove Community Forest!  An all ages event, participants should come dressed in long pants and closed-toed shoes and be ready for some walking over uneven terrain.  GPS and compasses will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.  For more information, please contact Downeast Lakes Land Trust at (207) 796 – 2100, or by emailing cbrown@downeastlakes.org.
